Registration Fee:

Annual Institute Fees (paid monthly over 10 months):

R 150-00

R 4 500-00 (R 450-00 per month)

Students who do not wish to complete the entire year can register for certain modules only, but are limited to 3 modules per year at a charge of R 500 per module (Registration Fee also payable)

Accreditation

We are a part time Bible Institute, and therefore do not offer accreditation or degree courses. Our program does however consist of lectures once per week. The Bible courses we offer is designed to help students get a better understanding of the Bible and to grow in their own personal walk with God. Upon graduation students will receive a Certificate of Completion.

About Us

CITC Bible Institute is a newly started college as part of Church in the City, situated in Brits, North West, under the guidance and leadership of Senior Pastor Wally Scholtz. After hosting a successful Bible School for 10 years, Church in the City decided to start a new bible institute that focusses on the everyday person in their everyday walk with God, equipping them for the calling God has placed on them.

Code of Discipline

CITC Bible Institute provides the following to all students:

  • A Biblical Environment that teaches the uncompromised Word of God, builds a strong foundation for all saints to grow in their spiritual walk and to be equipped for Gods call on their lives
  • Practical ministry opportunities and encouragement and support during studies

CITC Bible Institute will at all times protect the rights of the student and keep all student information confidential, including personal particulars, financial records, counselling information, unless express permission if given by the student to divulge said information for networking in the interest of the counselee.

STUDENT UNDERTAKING:

All students of CITC Bible Institute are in full agreement with these rules and regulations. We believe in excellence and aim to establish Christian Moral and Standards.

The Dean and the Overseer - Pastor of Church in the City – will in a scriptural manner, handle any severe disciplinary problems that may arise. Any student found to be acting in a manner contrary to the standards outlined below, will be called in and disciplined accordingly, even to the extent of being expelled.

ACADEMIC HONESTY

All students must be honest and forthright in their academic studies. All students are responsible to do their own work!

LECTURES

CITC Bible Institute students are required to be persons of excellence and character and as such are requested to be seated before commencement of lectures. The lectures will run from 18:30 to 21:00 Monday evenings.

PLAGIARISM

Plagiarism is the inclusion of someone else’s words, ideas or data as one’s own, whether from another literature source or from the internet. When a student submits academic work that includes above-mentioned the source must be acknowledged with complete and accurate references as from the Harvard method. Any student found guilty of plagiarism will be stripped of the mark for the assessment, with no possibility of re-writing.

CHEATING

Cheating is an act or an attempted act of deception by which a student seeks to misrepresent that he or she has mastered information that has not been mastered.
